From the time I was small, touching one of my grandmother’s satin pillowcases, I have always been a tactile person. Massage therapy was a career that was a natural choice, nurturing and honing sharply this one of my five senses. I now have over 25 years experience in these hands. 

My approach to massage is intuitive. After a thorough consultation with the client, our first treatment is largely “diagnostic” as my hands find the muscle tension that may need some extra attention. My ability to read the tissue allows me to find the appropriate coaxing that will give the muscle its “release,” be it an elbow with my full weight behind it, or the whisper of a touch with a little vibration.

My specialties include profound stress management, deep tissue neuro-muscular techniques, and working with clients with chronic pain due to TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint Syndrome), Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and migraine headaches.

Over the years I have expanded my skills to include skincare, waxing, Reiki and sound therapy. Leaning in to a focus on stress management has brought everything full circle, and I would love the opportunity to help you find your healing, your beauty, and your zen.
